Kevin & Jenna 3.15.2014

Jenna Elkins, Tina Dean (Naples DJ), Paige Simpson (No Worries Events)

Kevin, Jenna and many of their guests were pumped and ready to rock at the reception at the Naples Yacht Club.  Some of them were at Jenna' twin sister Lindsey's 12/28/13 wedding that we also did at Bellasera in Naples.  It was a lot of fun and dancing at both!

Jenna and Kevin had Paige Simpson from No Worries Weddings as their Wedding Planner.  We always enjoy working with Paige and her assistant Sam. Their photographer was Jessica McIntosh Photography.  Wow!  It was the first time that we worked with Jessica.  She was great to work with and was helpful and quick with getting me some photos of hers to share on our blog, as you can see above.

Kevin and Jenna also had a videographer for the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and reception.  Asha from BrightFrameFilms.com.  We also worked with her for Jenna's sisters wedding.  Click here to see Jenna and Kevin's video that's on Asha's blog!

We started the reception with the Introductions to "Timber" Pitbull / Kesha and "Best Day Of My Life" American Authors.  They went right into their First Dance "Lucky" Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat.  The Parent Dances were after the Toasts were done and Dinner was enjoyed.

Father / Daughter : "I Loved Her First" Heartland.
Mother / Son :  "Happy" Pharell
Cake Cutting :  "Marry Me" Train

Everyone was dancing all night through!  All the guests were given all kinds of glow sticks to have fun with photos, etc.  There were cardboard cut outs of Jenna and Kevin that all the guests had fun dancing with and taking pics of to post on all the social sites.  @NaplesDJ

The Garter was removed to the song "I Gotta Feeling" BEP
Bouquet Toss song "Single Ladies" Beyoncé
The Garter Toss song "Another One Bites The Dust" Queen
The garter was put back on to "Pour Some Sugar On Me" Def Leppard

Before all the guests went outside for the Grand Sparkler Exit, we played the encore song that Kevin and Jenna chose which was "Save The Last Dance For Me" by Michael Buble.

It was such a pleasure getting to know the entire family and all there friends!

Edward & Ashlinn 3.8.2014

We enjoyed celebrating Ed and Ashlinn's wedding day!  We met with Ashlinn's Mom and sister Courtney (her Maid of Honor) a couple times before the wedding day.  We felt like part of the family already by the time we got to the day of the wedding.

The Ceremony took place in the front room at Olde Cypress Country Club.  It was a candle lit Ceremony, right down to the blackout curtains that Jonathan (at Olde Cypress) let them cover the windows with.

The Cocktail Hour was in the middle room and patio area.  The reception was in the main ballroom that was recently remodeled and looks great!  The dance floor was in the middle of the room with tables on both sides.  The cake was designed by Ashlinn herself!  The sweetheart table was across from all the windows so the new bridal couple could see the view.  They had beautiful candelabras on either side of their table along with the amber up lighting that we provided for the room.  It all looked so gorgeous!

For the introductions they chose "Locked Out Of Heaven" by Bruno Mars.  Ed and Ashlinn came in to "Forever" by Chris Brown.  They went right into their First Dance which was to "You And Me" by Lifehouse. There was a blessing and the Toasts (2), then the buffet dinner.

The tables were all named after love songs.  For the releasing of tables they waited for their song to be played and announced.  Table 9 was named "That's Amore".  The entire room of tables participated in the singing "skit" to surprise Ashlinn.

After dinner was the Father / Daughter dance to "The Way You Look Tonight" Frank Sinatra.  The Mother / Son dance was to "Simple Man" by Lynyrd Skynyrd.

The very first song for the open dancing Ashlinn wanted "Party Rock Anthem" LMFAO.  The second  song she wanted was "Happy" by Pharell.  After these two songs she wanted the Cake Cutting (Sixpence None The Richer).  There was so fun with all their guests dancing the night away.  When we took a break, we did the Garter Removal.  That song was "Oh Yeah" Yellow.  Bouquet Toss: "Jaws" then mixed into "Hit Me With Your Best Shot".  The Garter Toss was to "mission Impossible"

At 10:30 the guests were instructed to go out front of the Club to receive sparklers for Ashlinn and Ed's Grand Exit.  Between the events was a lot of dancing!

For the finale song, Ashlinn and Ed wanted to hear "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey for all to sing along!  It was such a beautiful fun night!

Jon and Natalie 3.7.2014

Jon and Natalie are from New Jersey.  They planned their wedding at the Hilton Marco Island.  The Ceremony was to be on the beach sand, and in a separate area on the beach was to be the cocktail hour and the reception.  Unfortunately this day wasn't cooperating.  It was extremely windy this day.  These two sure were troopers about not being able to be on the beach for their destination wedding.  They went with the flow, and Marie at the Hilton Marco Island took care of everything.

The Ceremony was in a quaint room inside and next door was the ballroom that the reception took place.  It was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.  all in all it was a great super fun night!  It was a smaller wedding, only about 45 guests and wow, they were all ready to have a good time dancing, and they did!

Some of their music selections were:
Introductions to "When The Levee Breaks" by Led Zepplin and "Power Of Love" by Huey Lewis & The News.  First Dance was to "Into The Mystic" by Van Morrison.  Father / Daughter to "Always On My Mind" by Willie Nelson then cut in to Natso & "Tequila Daddy".  Mother / Son dance to "In My Life" by The Beatles.  When they did the Cake Cutting they chose "Mahna Mahna" by Cake.  Natalie only did the Bouquet Toss, and for that she wanted "Another One Bites The Dust"- Queen.

To end the evening, since the "Sparklers" couldn't be used inside for the Introductions, they did a "Sparkler" Grand Exit outside at the end of the evening.  All in all, a very fun reception with a very fun group!
